COVID-19 UPDATE Deliveries
Expected delivery times stated are based on estimations given to us by our freight partners based on normal transit times, with constantly changing guidelines due to Covid-19 Please understand that there may be delays in shipping to some areas, and that we with our freight partners are doing our very best to deliver your order as fast as possible.
Shipping Cut off Times
Any orders received before 1pm during normal working days every attempt will be made to process the orders on the same day, and subject to stock availability, Goods will be sent out by our nominated carriers and packed in the best possible way for safe travel.
Our nominated carriers: Australia Post, STD & Express, Toll/IPEC, TNT/FedEx & Hunter Express.
Backorders Back ordered items may be held until the order can be shipped completed, if we fail to reach you by either phone/email. Separate shipments may incur additional shipping fees.
Oversized Items such as heat presses, dye sublimation printers and assorted sublimation sheets stock and larger quantities of mugs, cannot be shipped via regular methods due to weight and sizing will need to be shipped through a specialist carrier. Larger heat presses and X-large DuraLuxe /ChromaLuxe sheets may incur a pallet charge. One of our sales team will be in contact with you.
Our shipping options and costs are available online and priced in real time. Though please note this is an estimate and every effort is made to price freight as accurately where possible and may be subject to change without notice.
All flammable and Aerosol products can only be shipped by Road or Surface mail.
You are more than welcome to arrange to have your goods collect by your own carrier by pre-arrangement only. You, the customer must arrange all documentation related to your delivery. We will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damaged goods. We can also deliver to 3rd party address with same conditions apply.
Mug deliveries Nova Sublimation takes care in labelling all fragile items, and are well packed to ensure no breakages and safe travel. To recognise any claims all deliveries must have a Signed POD. In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from travel and transport of goods.
Insurance is available for transportation at an additional cost. Please talk to one of our sales team
Freight damages claims where applicable must be recognised within 7 days of delivery.
