Nova Sublimation Australia is a Trade only supplier to the Promotional, Gifting, Photographic, Signage, Engraving, Trophy & affiliated industries.
There is No Credit Card Surcharge for all General Purchases.
This excludes clearance items and certain specials
All new customer orders & sales are processed as pre-paid. Account customers must be pre-approved and trading terms are strictly 30 days net. Accounts that continue to have an overdue balance will revert to pre-paid basis until further notice. Any overdue accounts that are paid by credit card, surcharges will apply 1.5% for MasterCard/VISA and 2.0% for American Express. Credit accounts that remain inactive for over 90 days will revert to a prepaid account.
All overseas orders must be pre-paid unless pre-arranged. Pay Pal or EFT is the preferred method for all overseas transactions. Any banking charges or international fees are to be paid by the customer. Nova Sublimation Australia accepts no responsibility for fees charged by 3rd party financial institutions.
Discounts apply to certain products for box quantities refer to products for prices and breakdown.
Freight charges will be added to all invoices unless otherwise specified, orders will be shipped via our most appropriate shipping supplier. Pre-determined carriers can be arranged but ample notice must be given. If you are using a 3rd party carrier Nova sublimation Australia will pack the goods as best possible but will not be liable for any damaged goods received. This also refers to deliveries to a 3rd party on behalf of supplier/customer.
A $30 minimum order, +GST and Freight, is applicable to all sales unless pre-arranged.
Returns Refunds Policy
All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods and must be pre-approved by Nova sublimation Australia. It is the receiver’s responsibility to inspect all parcels and notify us within 7 days if there is an issue. Some Stocks may be subject to a re-stocking fee. All returns must be accompanied by a hard copy of the invoice and or authorised letter. A refund will not be supplied if you do not have a proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and unless authorised by management of Nova Sublimation. All good must be sufficiently packed for safe transit. We can arrange collection with our nominated carriers though payment for shipping must be made prior to collection unless authorised by Nova Sublimation management.
Special custom orders and certain Sale and Clearance items are non-refundable and sold as is.
Upon inspection of returned goods Nova Sublimation refuses the right to refund goods if the items have been mistreated or simply badly handled.
Any inks that have been opened are not acceptable for return unless authorised by Nova Sublimation Management.
Printers and some heavy equipment that are to be returned will require the original packing they came in. Please ensure you retain your packaging for the duration of the warranty period.
Many of our products come with a guarantee or warranty from the manufacturer. In addition, they come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage within a reasonable time frame from purchase. If there is a problem please contact the team at Nova Sublimation Australia and we will assist you as quickly as possible. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced. All fragile item including Mugs and glassware products are packed with the greatest of care however these are sometimes still mishandled. Unfortunately this is out of our control, Insurance may be purchased at an additional cost, for selected couriers, included in the freight charge – please notify us if you require insurance at time of order. Please see our freight terms for these items. you are also welcome to come and collect your goods with prior arrangement.
All Goods remain the property of Nova Sublimation Australia Pty. Ltd. until paid in full.
Paypal Refunds: If you choose to make a purchase through Paypal and change your mind and request a refund. Due to no fault of ours, the PayPal fees you originally paid as the buyer will not be returned.
